First thing to do is to find a rehab in your area ask them about insurance and also tell them you would like to be detoxed from dilaudid plus you would like to continue with residential treatment when you are finished with your dilaudid withdrawal.

First thing that will happen when you get to treatment is you will be given medication to help to ease the pain of your dilaudid addiction withdrawal the detox will take around 3 days and during that time you will not feel like doing much except lie around in bed.
